You will be picked by our guide from your hotel of residence. Thereafter start our trip from Naggalabi coronation site where the Buganda kings are crowned from, this place has the Nalwoga pond, where water for event is got from, the grass thatched houses and ’Muwafu tree’ which act as court where the king seat to settle dispute within this peoples. After proceed to Katereeke prison which was constructed by the late Ssekabaka Kalema who was an Islamic sympathizer. Two months after Mwanga had been exiled Kalema ordered for an arrest of all princes and princess whom he suspected to be his rivals. Many of them were rounded up and exiled at Katereeke. Prisoners like Bamweyana used to escape and one time he was got and slaughtered and Baganda’s who believe in him always come and do animal sacrifices to him. Drive to Kabaka Mwanga’s Lake that he wanted to connect to Lake Victoria but due to the break out of the religious wars which led to Moslem dissenters driving the Kabaka out of his land the aim was not attained. The lake attracts a number of birds that can be seen at its shores. Visit to the Bulange parliament with most impressive colonial era setting with view of the exotic giant tortoises dawdling around the gardens of impressive blue building. Lunch en-route; visit the Kasubi tombs where all the kings of Buganda depart are buried. Evening visit the Wamala tombs housed in an attractive, traditional thatched domed building are the burial site of Ssekabaka Muteesa I, the 29th king of Buganda Kingdom. From the hills on which the Tombs are located, one can see Kagoma Hill a top where Ssuna built a place for his mother. He had so many wives that he did not mind giving away one of them. This is part of Ssekabaka Ssuna’s history that intrigues many a visitor to his Tomb in Wamala, then night visit to Ndere Center for and extravaganza of cultural dances, shopping souvenirs’.
